Compare readings with the source

Review important details, correct values and decide what to keep.

Step by step

  1. Check the document detailsConfirm the document type and project are appropriate before reviewing the extracted record.
  2. Open the originalUse View Source Document to compare the extraction with the source. Pay particular attention to names, dates, numbers and safety-critical content.
  3. Correct the readingsUse Edit to fix text or table cells. A high AI confidence label is not your approval. Review actual conflicts and missing content rather than assuming every flag means an error.
  4. Use selection carefullySelect the readings you have checked, then Confirm selected. Blank or flagged items may need a specific decision. Do not bulk-confirm items you have not reviewed.
  5. Complete ConfirmationResolve the content you intend to keep. Complete Confirmation when the record reflects your decisions, then continue to optional review or export.

Confirmation records your review decision. It does not create a new signature or certify that the underlying document is safe or legally compliant.
