Arrange tables and source images

Reshape a record without losing the content you need.

Step by step

  1. Select the fieldsChoose adjacent fields in the same section and use Convert to table when available.
  2. Preview the layoutChoose whether to include a header row or numbered index. Use the layout controls to move cells into the rows and columns you want before applying.
  3. Clean up blank rowsUse the available table editing controls to remove unnecessary blank rows. Check that apparently empty cells are not part of a meaningful continued record.
  4. Place the correct graphicOn an image field, select a suitable source graphic where available. Compare its content and ownership with the original. Unassigned source graphics are reference material and excluded from export.
  5. Check signatures separatelyA genuinely blank signature remains blank. An attached source signature is not a new sign-off. Review the crop and correct placement rather than treating a label or unrelated image as a signature.

Repeated numbers can belong to separate hazards. Check the source relationships before deleting duplicates or combining rows.
