2. Review Audit evidenceUse current approved organisation knowledge for applicable audits. Check the source and evidence behind each finding. Features depend on your plan.
3. Read Health in contextHealth shows outstanding workflow checks. It is not a percentage measure of extraction accuracy or a compliance certificate.
4. Choose an export formatSelect PDF, Word, Excel, HTML or JSON. Choose the sections and findings to include, and use the preview and composer to check the arrangement.
5. Inspect the finished fileGenerate and open the export. Check table headers, continuation rows, wrapping, images and signatures. Existing exports are snapshots; regenerate after corrections.
